Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa

The historic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa has been welcoming visitors since 1895 to bathe in the region’s mineral waters.

An icon of the region, the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is nestled in the Mineral Springs Reserve near picturesque Hepburn Springs and Daylesford, and draws mineral waters directly from the springs to offer a unique spa and bathhouse experience.

Hepburn Community Wind Park

The Hepburn Community Wind Park is Australia's first community owned wind farm.

Hepburn Wind have installed two 2 megawatt wind turbines at Leonards Hill, south of Daylesford. The locally operated enterprise generates enough power to supply almost all of Daylesford's and Hepburn Shire's electricity needs – enough for 2300 homes. The power is sold to Snowy Hydro's electricity retailer Red Energy.

The driving motivation for the establishment of a wind park was climate change and the enormous benefits of renewable energy. The owners of Zen Pavilion are proud to be members of the Hepburn Wind cooperative.

Red Star Cafe

The Red Star Cafe is walking distance from Zen Pavilion. Breakfast is served from 8am until noon every day so you can sleep in and still not miss your morning meal.

Rubens @ Hepburn

Rubens @ Hepburn is a fully licensed restaurant serving Mediterranean style food located a short walk away on Main Road, Hepburn Springs. They also do a nice range of gourmet pizzas. Please note that most nights you will require a reservation.

Of course you also have the option of the many restaurants in bustling Daylesford which is only a few minutes drive away.

The Convent Gallery, Daylesford

Housed in a 19th Century historic mansion, The Convent incorporates seven galleries, two retail areas specialising in unique handcrafts, cafe, bar, penthouse apartment, function rooms, chapel and gardens. It is filled with work by over 100 local, national and international artists, The Convent combines culture and history in a setting like no other.

The Pantechnicon Gallery, Daylesford

The Pantechnicon Gallery in the main street of Daylesford is home to some of central Victoria's great artists. The gallery promotes art in many forms - paintings, print work, photography, sculpture, hand-blown glass, ceramics, jewellery, handcrafted furniture, textiles plus imaginative, unique and functional pieces.
